Accompanied by the vibrational sounds of the tanpura and under the guidance of vocalist Lilian van Dam, you will discover the transformative power of your own voice by singing simple vowels. Singers in India traditionally start their day by doing these meditative vocal exercises to improve the quality of their voice and increase awareness of the inner sound ‘Nada’. Singing, listening, tuning in, experiencing depth, space, movement and finally silence… silence in sound. Bring your yoga mat and something to keep you warm during a musical final relaxation.

Lilian van Dam uses the yoga of sound in her own yoga classes as a Jivamukti yoga teacher and Yin Yoga teacher.
