Mantra Chanting
Mantras are powerful sounds, based on ancient wisdom, influencing the physical body, clearing the emotional body and leading one closer to the heart. Reciting mantras allows you to feel a positive energy, the body relaxes and you can enter into a higher state of presence. Each sound of a mantra originates from a different part of the human body. When you pronounce those sounds, you activate energy points in your body. As the mind concentrates more and more on the mantra and its meaning, the thinking process stops and you can rise to a higher state of consciousness.
