Inner Yoga is a profound yoga and meditation technique developed as a practice to be integrated in everyday life. Inner Yoga is an evolutionary step in the field of Yoga, helping to expand oneself from a physical plane to a cosmic life experience that naturally evokes an inner transformation.

It is a self-healing technique, that awakens the inherent intelligence in the body, restoring the functions of our body and allowing natural healing to take place. It works in various subtle layers, including chakras, elements and the cosmic attunement and is highly beneficial for the whole body.
Inner Yoga offers an entry point for a new life experience. Through the practice of Inner Yoga life can shift to a lighter, authentic and positive experience of oneself, which will naturally radiate and be felt by one’s surroundings, revealing one’s inner beauty and grace. This two-week intensive course is a basic Training to gain a deeper understanding of Inner Yoga. You will learn Inner Yoga asanas, meditation and sensing exercises as well as cosmic breathing techniques.

During the Summer School you will acquire:

  • A deeper understanding of Inner Yoga
  • An initial set of Inner Yoga asanas
  • Various meditation and sensing exercises
  • Cosmic breathing techniques

  • Release of dominant blockages such as emotions, feelings of suffocation and inner conflicts

Each day includes theory and practical experiences, with 2 blocks of class time, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, 6 days a week. There will also be time to collectively participate in the Divinya community and its program of concerts, yoga, meditation, Satsang, nature walks, gardening etc. Saturday/Sunday we have Yoga Weekends. The Summer School course includes those weekend programs without extra charge.


The course starts on the first day with a morning class and ends on last day in the afternoon. Students can arrive the day before and leave in the morning after the course ends.


The course is residential. We offer shared accommodation (same gender)   besides the free tenting option. If students wish to extend their stay before or after the course, please inform us in advance.
