By including local herbs and plants into our daily diet, applying them as natural remedies, it helps us to balance our body in many different ways such as a natural detoxification, disease prevention and alkalization.

Herbs-collectionsDuring this one week course we will walk in nature to explore and enjoy nature’s numerous offerings: every seed, root, flower, grass and leaf can reveal its healing benefits and potential.

You will learn how to differentiate and identify various herbs as well as their use as remedies and how to incorporate them into a diet.

herbs preparingThis course brings awareness on how to consciously nurture ourselves within the ecosystem we are living in. We learn new ways to enjoy the beautiful and wild gardens, to start seeing weeds as plants and flowers as nutrients for all the senses. Mother Nature’s generosity is so vast.


Each day includes theory and practical experiences, with 2 blocks of class time, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, 6 days a week. There will also be time to collectively participate in the Divinya community and its program including concerts, yoga, meditation, Satsang, nature walks, gardening etc. Saturday/Sunday we have Yoga Weekends. The Summer School course includes those weekend programs without extra charge.


The course starts on the first day with a morning class and ends on last day in the afternoon. Students can arrive the day before and leave in the morning after the course ends.


The course is residential. We offer shared accommodation (same gender) besides the free tenting option. If students wish to extend their stay before or after the course, please inform us in advance.¬
